In her own words: "Hi, my name is JoAnn Rojas. I am 47 years old but very young at heart. I am doing time for felony theft, a four year sentence. I believe I will be out next year about June '09. I have 3 adult children who I am very close to! I was a florist for many years but when my son opened up his own business selling R & B and hip Hop music and clothes, I went to manage his store. Up until I got caught up. In between working and raising my 9 year old grand-son I went to college. My problem is that I like to smell good, look good, but not pay for it!! Sad but true. Shoplifting is an addiction and I am going to get help for my problem because I have too much to offer this world. Living in prison is not living. It is merely existing.
I am currently enrolled in a college vocational class, General Office Asst. It's a 6 month class and I'll be getting 33 college hours and I can add that to the hours I had in the world so I'll be real close to my Associates.
I am a Gemini and I like the thought of finding a soul mate for my turns. I am on a spiritual voyage so I hope whoever writes back believes in God. Also I am a very active grandmother so kids can't get on your nerves. They can only get on mine. I love music, dancing, all sports, cooking and reading.
